By downloading, installing, or using MailTimer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
下载、安装或使用定时邮，即表示您同意本协议及隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用。
2. Service description / 服务说明
MailTimer allows you to schedule one-time greeting emails and reminder emails. Sending is performed by our backend SMTP configuration. You freely write subject/body and choose send time.
定时邮提供一次性定时祝福邮件与提醒邮件功能。发送由我们后端 SMTP 完成。您可自由填写主题/正文并选择发送时间。
3. Eligibility / 使用资格
- You must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction (and not use the App if under 13 where prohibited).
- 您必须满足所在地法律要求的最低年龄（被禁止的情况下，13 岁以下不得使用）。
- You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials/session secure.
- 您必须提供准确的账户信息，并妥善保管登录凭证/会话安全。
4. Account / 账号
Login is required. You may delete your account in settings. After deletion, tasks and credits are removed according to product policy and may not be recoverable.
必须登录使用。可在设置中删除账号；删除后任务与额度按产品策略处理，通常不可恢复。
5. Credits and fees / 额度与费用
- The Android app is a paid download (listed at USD $5 on Google Play).
- Android 应用为付费下载（Google Play 定价为 5 美元）。
- After activation, a one-time grant of 55 send credits per account.
- 激活后，每个账户一次性赠送 55 个发送额度。
- Each successfully sent email consumes 1 credit. Greeting and reminder share one pool.

- Optional top-ups: integer USD $1–$50 via Google Play only; credits = amount × 11.

6. Acceptable use / 合理使用
You agree not to use the App to / 您同意不将本应用用于:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, or illegal content;
- 发送垃圾邮件、网络钓鱼、恶意软件、欺诈、骚扰或非法内容；
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- 侵犯他人知识产权或隐私权；
- Bypass rate limits, quotas, security controls, or payment systems;
- 绕过频率限制、额度、安全控制或支付系统；
- Attack, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
- 攻击、过载或逆向工程本服务；
- Use the service as a bulk marketing/spam gateway.
- 将本服务用作批量营销/垃圾邮件网关。
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. 我们可对违规或存在滥用风险的账号暂停或终止服务。
7. Delivery disclaimer / 送达说明
Email delivery depends on third-party mail infrastructure, recipient servers, spam filters, and network conditions. We do not guarantee inbox placement or delivery time beyond commercially reasonable efforts.
邮件送达受第三方邮件基础设施、收件方服务器、垃圾邮件过滤与网络状况影响，我们不保证一定进入收件箱或固定送达时限。
8. Intellectual property / 知识产权
The App, branding, and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
本应用、品牌标识及软件归运营方或其许可方所有。您保留所提交内容的权利，并授予我们仅为提供服务而处理该内容的有限许可。
9. Third-party services / 第三方服务
The App relies on Google Play for distribution/payments and may rely on email providers for SMTP delivery. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.
本应用依赖 Google Play 进行分发和支付，并可能依赖邮件服务商进行 SMTP 投递。您同时适用其服务条款及隐私政策。
10. Disclaimers / 免责声明
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
本服务在法律允许的最大范围内"按现状"及"按可用状态"提供。我们不承担适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。
11. Limitation of liability / 责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the App/credits in the 3 months before the claim.
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害赔偿或利润/数据损失承担责任。我们的合计责任限于您提出索赔前 3 个月内向我们支付的 App/额度费用。
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be waived).
本条款不排除或限制依适用法律不可排除或限制的责任（例如故意或重大过失责任，以及依法不可放弃的法定消费者保障）。
12. Termination / 终止
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or risk to the service.
您可随时停止使用本应用并删除账户。我们可能因违规行为、法律要求或服务风险暂停或终止访问。
13. Changes / 变更
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & your local rights / 适用法律与您的当地权利
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business. However, if you use the App as a consumer, you always keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country (and, where applicable, state or province) where you habitually reside. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights, and where local mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, local mandatory law prevails for you.
本条款适用运营方主要营业地的法律。但如果您以消费者身份使用本应用，您始终享有您经常居住地国家（及适用时的州/省）强制性消费者保护法律赋予的权利。本条款的任何内容均不剥夺该等权利；当地强制性法律与本条款冲突时，对您以当地强制性法律为准。
16. Region-specific terms / 地区特别条款
European Union / EEA & United Kingdom 欧盟/欧洲经济区与英国： You have statutory rights for digital content, including remedies if the service is faulty. You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; by requesting immediate delivery of credits you acknowledge that, where permitted by law, the withdrawal right lapses once delivery is complete. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

United States 美国： You may have additional rights under the consumer-protection laws of your state. If you are a California resident, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

Australia 澳大利亚： Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.

17. Miscellaneous / 其他
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
