1. Overview / 概述
MailTimer ("we", "the App") is a paid Android utility that helps users schedule greeting emails and reminder emails. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your choices.
定时邮（"我们""本应用"）是一款付费 Android 工具应用，用于定时发送祝福邮件与备忘提醒邮件。本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、为何收集、如何使用以及您的权利。
2. Data we collect / 我们收集的数据
- Account data / 账户数据：email address used for login; optional locale preference; account status.
- 用于登录的邮箱地址；可选语言偏好；账户状态。
- Authentication data / 认证数据：one-time verification codes (short-lived); login tokens issued by our server.
- 一次性验证码（短时有效）；服务器签发的登录令牌。
- Mail task content / 邮件任务内容：recipient email, subject, body text, scheduled send time, timezone, task status and logs needed to send and troubleshoot delivery.
- 收件人邮箱、邮件主题、正文、定时发送时间、时区、任务状态及发送排障所需日志。
- Quota & purchase records / 额度与购买记录：credit balance, ledger entries, Google Play product IDs, purchase tokens/order references needed to fulfill and prevent duplicate grants.
- 额度余额、台账记录、Google Play 产品 ID、购买令牌/订单凭证，用于完成充值并防止重复发放。
- Technical logs / 技术日志：server-side send attempts, error messages, basic request diagnostics for reliability and abuse prevention.
- 服务端发送尝试、错误信息、基础请求诊断，用于保障可靠性与防止滥用。
- Device-local preferences / 设备本地偏好：language preference and access token may be stored on device (e.g. SharedPreferences).
- 语言偏好和访问令牌可能存储在设备本地（如 SharedPreferences）。
We do not request contacts, precise location, microphone, or camera for the v1 feature set.

3. How we use data / 如何使用数据
- Create and maintain your account; / 创建并维护您的账户；
- Schedule and send emails via our configured SMTP service; / 通过已配置的 SMTP 服务安排并发送邮件；
- Track and enforce send credits (including the one-time 55-credit grant and optional top-ups); / 追踪并执行发送额度（包括一次性 55 额度赠送和可选充值）；
- Verify Google Play purchases and prevent fraud/duplicate fulfillment; / 验证 Google Play 购买并防止欺诈/重复发放；
- Provide customer support, security, abuse prevention, and service improvement; / 提供客服、安全防护、防滥用及服务改进；

4. Email sending / 邮件发送说明
Outbound emails are sent by our backend using a server-configured mailbox. Users do not configure their own SMTP credentials in the App. Message content and recipient addresses are processed solely to deliver the scheduled email and keep delivery logs.
外发邮件由我们后端使用服务器配置的邮箱发送。用户无需在应用内配置自己 SMTP。邮件正文与收件人信息仅用于完成定时发送并保留发送日志。
5. Payments / 支付
App purchase and optional in-app credit top-ups are processed by Google Play Billing only. We do not provide out-of-app payment channels for digital credits. Payment instruments are handled by Google; we receive purchase verification data needed for fulfillment.
应用购买与可选的额度充值仅通过 Google Play 结算处理。我们不为数字额度提供应用外支付渠道。支付工具由 Google 处理的；我们仅接收完成充值所需的购买验证数据。
6. Sharing / 数据共享
We share data only as needed with:

- Google Play for purchase verification and platform compliance; / Google Play 用于购买验证和平台合规；

7. Retention / 保留期限
- Account data: retained while account is active; deleted or anonymized after account deletion.
- 账户数据：账户活跃期间保留；删除账户后删除或匿名化处理。
- Mail tasks/history: typically retained up to 180 days, then deleted or cleaned.
- 邮件任务/历史：通常保留最多 180 天，之后删除或清理。
- Purchase/ledger records: retained as needed for accounting, dispute handling, and anti-fraud.
- 购买/台账记录：按照财务核算、争议处理和反欺诈需要保留。
8. Security / 安全
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, server-side secrets for SMTP credentials, transport encryption where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children / 儿童
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required by your local law (for example up to 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

11. Regional privacy rights / 各地区隐私权利
EEA & United Kingdom（GDPR / UK GDPR）欧洲经济区与英国： We process personal data on these legal bases: performance of contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement), consent (where sought), and legal obligation. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12. International transfers / 跨境传输
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers (such as contractual protections) and only transfer what is necessary to provide the service.

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected by updating the date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
